Exchanges and Returns

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

I can refund or re-send items when the dissatisfaction level is really too high to possibly bear. Return shipping fees are to your charge, since I usually prefer that you keep the first product and that I personally re-send one if the first one is problematic. We can go over it together.

Damages happening during the transport aren't to my charge, I packed the items carefully trying to prevent damages. I hope this won't happen, but any folded or damaged during the shipping wouldn't really be my responsibility. Still, we could talk about it via email.
